We Endeavor To Dispatch Your Goods Within 1-2 Working Days By The Interlink Express.
If, For Some Reason They Are Out Of Stock, We Will Contact You Immediately To Organise A Replacement Or Back Order. Please Bear This In Mind When You Place Your Order. If You Choose The Incorrect Delivery Address, Your Order Will Be Unavoidably Delayed Whilst We Contact You To Arrange The Correct Postage Address.
All Orders Require A Signature So Please Ensure The Delivery Address Given Will Have Someone To Sign For It. Any Orders That Interlink Are Unable To Deliver A Card Will Be Left Notify You Of Their Attempted Delivery. Your Item Will Be Returned To Their Local Sorting Office For Your Collection Unless You Arrange Directly With Interlink A Time To Redeliver.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next Day Delivery Will Only Be Available From Monday – Friday. On Each Day, Next Day Delivery Orders Will Only Be Accepted And Honored Up Until 14:00 Pm.  If You Place An Order After This Time We Cannot Guarantee A Next Day Delivery Next Day.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If You Have Recently Placed An Order With Us And Wish To Cancel It, Please Email Us At: Orders@Sarvin.eu As Soon As Possible With Your Order Number With The Date The Order Was Placed And Your Name. We Will Cancel Your Order If The Item Has Not Been Dispatched And Your Money Will Be Refunded.

Please Note Returns Will Be Accepted Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Item. If You Would Like To Return An Item You Must Contact info@sarvin.eu For Instructions Regarding The Return. All Items Must Be Returned Unworn With All Tags And Labels Intact. Once We Have Recieved The Item A Refund Will Be Issued.

If There Is A Fault With Your Item Or It Is Not 100% Right For You Then You Can Return This To Us Using A Delivery Service Of Your Choice. All You Need To Do Is Email Info@Sarvin.eu Where We Will Reply With Instructions On How To Return.

Once We Have Received The Item Back We Will Then Refund The Amount Back To You.

If You Are Wanting To Exchange An Item For A Different Size Or Colour Again Please Send This Back To Us By Filling Out The Returns Note And Once We Receive The Item We Can Then Send Out Your New Item.

Please Note: We Do Not Accept Returns For Any Swimwear, Which Has The Hygiene Strip Missing.
